So, I thought this would be a great way to stay connected to family and friends. I don't know how often we'll update this, but it's a great way to let our loved ones know we're doing great.
This summer has been a whirlwind! It's hard to believe it's starting to slow down. We were blessed to be able to be in Colorado for 3 weeks this summer hanging out with family and friends before making the big move to the west coast. We were able to spend time hiking and enjoying all that Colorado has to offer.
We celebrated our 1st Anniversary on July 19th. Our day was spent cleaning our apartment in Lincoln top to bottom. Luckily everything was packed up so we were able to go out to dinner. :)
July 20th-- We started heading west. It took us about 4 days from Nebraska to California. We spent time with Brett's parents in Wilcox, my parents in Colorado Springs, and one night in Vegas. We finally arrived at our apartment complex 4 days later. We love our apartment. I will put up pictures soon.
After getting settled in my parents came for a visit. We had a great time!!! Going to the beach and hanging out with family.
We have been so blessed throughout this whole process. Thank you for all your prayers and support. There is so much to fill everyone in on, but I must get some things done. Don't forget to check back often for pictures and updates. Love to all...
