I welcomed 27 weeks
with a pop
of the belly.
I’ve still been feeling great
{knock on wood}
although people say
‘now the honeymoon stage is over’
we’ll see who wins 
other news in the SoCal Mertens’ household
our baby chicks are growing
like weeds chicks
although they like to just cuddle
{maybe that can’t handle the SoCal weather 
}

school is just flying by.
I seriously think will be June before we know it.
we’ve made a little progress in
baby girl M’s room.
I mean little!
Hopefully, I’ll update before week 28.
